Description:Job Summary:The Business Development Representative,
serves as a key player in the analysis, planning, and
implementation of critical strategic and business development
initiatives. S/He will source and analyze potential purchase
opportunities, and perform financial valuations and business
assessments including the identification of risks and
opportunities. Assists with due diligence and integration
activities to ensure significant risks and opportunities are
identified, quantified and considered as part of the transaction
terms and overall acquisition plan.Key Job Responsibilities:1.
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.2.
Develops relationships with owners, suppliers, and others to build
a growth pipeline.3. Identifies, screens and helps determine the
value of acquisition and investment opportunities, through cold
calls, warm leads, in-person meetings.4. Completes deal analysis
and due diligence within regional assignment/ territory.5.
Collaborates with counterparts in legal, finance, human resources,
business sponsors and other functional teams to assist with due
diligence and plan post-acquisition integration.6. Completes
required analysis and reporting to inform and advise leadership,
drive internal decision-making processes and monitor ongoing
progress to corporate goals.7. Supports Corporate Development
efforts to create and achieve overall corporate strategy.Education
and/or Experience Required:Bachelor's degree required0- 2 years of
total experience, including several years in investment banking,
equity research, corporate development, or consulting at a good
company, or sales.Required Skills/AbilitiesFinancial fluency and
experience evaluating companies (analysis, modeling, valuation, and
research).Collision experience, automotive aftermarket or similar
experience preferred.Some experience leading cross-functional
projects in an organized and efficient fashion.Ability to handle
multiple tasks at once and meeting deadlines.Highest ethical
standards; excellent judgment; personal/professional integrity;
proven discretion in handling confidential information.High level
of computer proficiency, including spreadsheets and other business
