Requirements Bachelor---s Degree in Business with a focus in Finance or Accounting. 1-5 years of experience working in a professional Finance or Accounting department is preferred; at least 1 year of experience is required. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with ERP systems or accounting software, like QuickBooks, is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to speak to executive-level employees. Extreme attention to detail and time management is a must. Must be able to come into our corporate office in Elmhurst, IL two days a week. Responsibilities Work alongside the Assistant Finance Manager and Controller by assisting with semi-monthly payroll completion. Reconcile, aggregate, and monitor company credit card usage. Review and aggregate expense reports from our national team and Corporate Support Office employees. Maintain accurate records of check receipts and filings. Assist to implement process improvement plans for regularly occurring tasks. Create and maintain Payroll Trackers. Conduct regular data scrubs of employee portal data. Cross-train with other departments when applicable. Data entry for reporting, scanning, and entering physical checks/wire information. Assisting in payroll submission every two weeks. Reviewing expense reports. Creating journal entries in Quickbooks. Assisting in invoicing and billing. Applying Instructions Ready to take the next step in your career?
