Job Description:

Senior Accountant Job - Northbrook, ILThe ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, variance analysis, billing, financial statement preparation and budgeting/forecasting.You will have the following responsibilities: --- - - - - - - - -Prepare month end close procedures for companies in multiple countries. --- - - - - - - - -Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet analysis. --- - - - - - - - -Perform account reconciliations and identify areas needing investigation. --- - - - - - - - -Resolve identified processing issues. --- - - - - - - - -Reconcile bank lines throughout the period, assuring transactions are accurately and timely recorded in ledgers. --- - - - - - - - -Assist with budget and forecast preparation.You should have the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• Large ERP system experience (JDE, PeopleSoft, Oracle or Workday)
