Job Description Job Description Our client in the financial
services industry is seeking an HR Assistant to provide
administrative and operational support to the Human Resources
department. This role requires exceptional attention to detail,
strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain
confidentiality in a highly regulated environment. Key
Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding and orientation for new
hires, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards.
Maintain accurate employee records and support audits for
regulatory compliance. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate
communication throughout the hiring process. Support payroll
processing and benefits administration. Prepare HR reports and
assist with internal compliance documentation. Respond to employee
inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Qualifications: 1
years of HR or administrative experience (financial services
experience preferred). Strong knowledge of HR processes and
compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS
systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
and professionalism. Schedule & Compensation: Full-time hours,
Monday-Friday. Hourly Wage: $23-$26 per hour (based on experience).
