Job Description Job Description We are hiring for a Controller in Waukesha, WI. This role is open due to an upcoming retirement. You will lead a team of accounting professionals and report to the CFO. If you have at least five years of leadership experience, this could be a good fit for you. Controller Responsibilities: Lead daily accounting operations including payables, receivables, and general ledger accountants Review accuracy of reconciliations and month end close Work with CFO on monthly/quarterly reporting Budgeting and Forecasting Analysis Requirements: Five or more years of accounting leadership experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Financial Services Industry experience preferred Dynamic, professional, and able to create best practices If you are a successful leader in Financial Services and looking for your next opportunity, please apply today!
