Galloway Consolidated Holdings, Inc, ("GCH") a recognized leader
in the flexible packaging industry is looking for an experienced
Office/Human Resource Manager with a proven track record in
supporting a fast-paced organization. GCH encourages innovation

aggressive expansion plans. -This dual role is responsible for
performing Human Resource related duties on a professional basis in
the following HR functional areas: -Benefits Administration,
Employee Relations, Performance Management, Onboarding, Policy
Implementation and Monitoring, Recruitment and Employment Law
Compliance. -The Office Manager Role encompasses overall front
office activities including special event management, file
management, office organization and payroll processing. -This
position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities: - - Maintain Employee files and
supporting documentation including changes in pay, job status or
benefits. - Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs
including compensation, health insurance, expenses, paid time off
(PTO) and other personnel packages. - Administer procedures for all
company personnel; assist in development and implementation of
employee handbook and personnel policies and procedures in
conjunction with senior management. - Conduct Recruitment Efforts
including job postings, screening and initial interviews, applicant
tracking, etc. -Conducts new employee orientations ensuring process
is of high quality and new employees are provided with a clear
vision and how their role relates to the company's goals. -Monitor
career advancement programs. - - Oversees and monitors employee
background checks, drug and criminal record checks and other
pre-employment screening. - Maintains high discretion while
handling confidential matters. - - Respond to IDES Unemployment
Claims and handle garnishment inquiries. - - - -Monitors and
updates job descriptions. - - - -Coordinates training events as
necessary. - - - -Maintain Company organization charts, employee
directory and forms. - - - -Supervises Maintenance of office
equipment including, copiers, fax machines, etc. - - - -Completes
payroll on a bi-weekly basis. - - - -Organize office operations and
procedures. - - - - -Ability to coordinate special company events.
- - - - -Seminar/Travel Arrangements where necessary.
Requirements: - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
Knowledge of Paylocity a plus. - - - -Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. - - - -Excellent organizational skills. - - -
-Motivated self-starter. - - - -Problem solving and decision-making
abilities. - - - -Ability to deliver effective results, meet tight
deadlines and targets. - - - -Helps ensure all policies for the
company and the American Institute of Baking (AIB) are followed. -
- - - -ERP knowledge a plus. - - - - -College degree preferred with
HR degree a plus.
Salary for this position is based on, among other things, a
candidate's experience, and qualifications. GCH offers a
competitive compensation package including salary, bonus plan, 401K
