ImpactThe Maintenance Mechanic position would include maintaining
optimum functionality for all plant equipment and systems by
performing inspections, completing predictive and preventive
maintenance measures, and repairing and modifying equipment and
systems with the use of a variety of hand tools and power
tools.Maintenance Mechanics also identify follow-up work required,
work to improve the condition of all facility departments, work as
a team member with a positive attitude, help promote and
communicate maintenance and reliability to the organization, and
perform other duties including housekeeping, attending safety
training, and attending communication meetings. Job time: Full

QualificationsEligible to work in the United Sates without visa

may include bending, lifting up to 55lbs, kneeling, climbing,

Qualifications:2 years technical degree in industrial mechanical
discipline3 or more years of experience in maintenanceExperience
with root cause analysis and continuous improvement, including lean
six sigmaExperience in the food and beverage industry Experience
with HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) equipment
including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and air
compressorsExperience in a production environmentPrevious Cargill
experienceExperience in MIG (metal inert gas) / TIG (tungsten inert
gas) weldingAbility to utilize and operate a site related CMMS
(computerized maintenance management system)Maintenance experience
using precision instrumentation including: torque wrenches,
micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, laser alignment tools,
