Job Description Job Description Midwest Refrigerated Services is a full-service 3PL company providing refrigerated logistics services for the food industry. Based in Milwaukee, WI, we operate the largest fresh 48 state LTL consolidation pool with more than 100 trucks, and offer multiple sites with cooler, and air-conditioned storage, distribution and cross-docking services. We operate refrigerated and non-refrigerated warehouses for storage needs but also Value Added Services such as specialty packing, kitting and fulfillment needs. This position is primarily responsible for the general sanitation duties including light repairs and preventative maintenance. General Accountabilities include: Complete work orders Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain proper documentation Problem solves light maintenance repairs Maintain sufficient inventory levels Efficient communication regarding work orders with Operations Teams Proactively identify building issues and maintenance needs Performs minor plumbing & electrical maintenance Maintain the weekly supply inventory for the facility Maintain outdoor grounds by weed whacking, mowing, and weed removal Remove debris and snow from sidewalks as needed Clean and sanitize the interior of the buildings including floors, carpet, windows, and warehouse racking Sweep and clean the warehouse docks and aisles Maintain the master sanitation schedule Empty and disinfect trash receptacles Other building related maintenance, repair issues, and duties as assigned Benefits and Perks: MRS benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, Flex Spending Account, Dependent Care Flex Spending Account available the 1st of the month following 30 days of hire.
