Job Description Job Description Residential HVAC Technicians (Install & Service) ? Overview We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for residential service and installation work around the Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems. Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components. Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes. Communicate effectively with customers and provide clear explanations of work performed. Essential Skills Experience in HVAC service and repair. EPA Section 608 Certification (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules. Commitment to safety and compliance with local codes. Professional demeanor and reliability. Additional Skills & Qualifications NATE Certification or equivalent. Experience with smart thermostats and home automation systems. Familiarity with ductless mini-split systems. Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge. Why Work Here? Work Environment The position offers a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with the possibility of weekend work. You will be part of an on-call schedule shared with the team, working in and around residential homes throughout the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Schaumburg, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
