Job Description Job Description Forman/Lead - Responsible for accurately and efficiently installing HVAC industry related equipment and materials, including but not limited to rooftop units, ductwork, sheet metal, refrigeration lines, gas pipe, GRD’s, etc. The right candidate shall have substantial experience and knowledge in job layout, completing accurate material lists, managing job schedules, job forecasting, efficiently managing a crew and training others, good leadership skills and communication skills. Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record Basic and Industry Specific Tools, in relation to your past job experience Be able to work and collaborate in a team environment. WORKING CONDITIONS Location: Various Job Site(s) in the Chicagoland area, occasionally Southern WI Type: Full Time – 40 Hours per week Monday thru Friday with overtime as required Wage: Hourly Wage, BOE – Paid Weekly $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: Company Paid Health Insurance (PPO), 401k with Company Match, Paid Family, Medical, Personal & Vacation (FMPV) time off, Paid Holidays Benefits: - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Company truck - Fuel card - Health insurance - Paid time off Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - On call
