Job Description:
Bathing Brands, a pioneer in the luxury bath product sector, is
seeking a creative and innovative Multimedia Designer to join our
dynamic marketing team. As a company dedicated to combining
wellness with sustainability, we aim to deliver visually stunning
and strategically crafted content that resonates with our
health-conscious audience. This role demands a versatile designer
who is skilled in producing multimedia content across various
digital platforms, enhancing brand visibility, and driving consumer
engagement. Design and create engaging multimedia content for a
range of platforms including web, social media, and traditional
advertising channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to align
multimedia content with strategic marketing goals and brand
aesthetics. Manage and execute all aspects of video production,
from conceptualization and filming to editing and post-production.
Develop graphic visuals and animation for digital and print media
that effectively communicate campaign objectives and brand
messages. Monitor industry trends and use insights to propose new
and innovative design solutions that enhance customer interaction.
Ensure all multimedia projects are delivered on time and within
budget while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.
Proficiency in a range of multimedia software including Adobe
Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere
Pro). Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and
animation. Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear
creative strategies. Excellent visual, verbal, and written
communication skills. Experience with web design and content
management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) status
is a plus. Certification in digital media production or graphic
design is highly desirable.
