General Education Teacher specializing in English Language Learners
(ELL), based in the Chicago, IL area. The position involves
teaching students from Kindergarten through 8th grade within a
school setting, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week on a
contractual basis. Key qualifications for this role include a valid
Illinois State Teaching License or Substitute License (actively
applying candidates will also be considered). Candidates must hold
a Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution. Fluency in
Spanish is essential, alongside the ability to implement curriculum
effectively, demonstrate superior content knowledge, and apply
multiple literacy concepts tailored to diverse learners.
Responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality instruction to
K-8 students, focusing on general education and ELL content.
Adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of students with
