Who You Are:
Role & ResponsibilitiesMasterfully handle client service delivery
and high-tier systems or cloud projects.
Provide expert escalation resolution and root cause analysis.
Excel in client communications, embodying professionalism at every
turn.
Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering
growth.
Design and manage intricate Windows systems, VMWare, Azure, and
Microsoft 365 environments.
Lead transformative projects ensuring they deliver on scope and
budget.
Engage in strategic discussions to help clients grasp technology
investments.
Craft and uphold our technology best practices and process
documentation.
TravelLocal (Chicagoland area): up to 50%
Nationwide: up to 5%
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Performance Goals & Expectations:Billable Realization: 75%
Knowledge Base Articles: 12 yearly
Performance metrics are indicative and supplemented by qualitative
evaluations to ensure a fair assessment of contributions.

Server Engineering/Architecture.
Expertise in VMware, Azure, and Microsoft 365.

Experience with enterprise messaging and virtualization
technologies.
Strong background in troubleshooting and technical standards
development.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $85,000 - $120,000, based on
experience.
Bonus: Eligibility for annual performance-based bonuses.

Work Environment: Primarily remote, with occasional office visits
for project-specific work.
