Job Description:
Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is seeking a diligent
Reliability Engineer to join our Engineering & Maintenance team
within the manufacturing sector. This role focuses on enhancing the
reliability of our production systems and equipment, making sure
that sustainable practices are integrated into process improvements
to align with MCCs mission of humanitarian aid and sustainable
development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting
and overseeing detailed reliability studies and applying
statistical models and engineering knowledge to ensure the
operation's sustainability and efficiency. Develop reliability
models for manufacturing systems and processes to predict potential
failures and impacts. Implement and monitor predictive maintenance
programs. Analyze failure data, and work towards continuous
improvement of system reliability. Collaborate with production
teams to integrate reliability best practices into day-to-day
activities. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions and implement
corrective actions. Prepare technical reports and documentation to
support reliability initiatives. Assist in designing and deploying
new equipment focusing on reliability and sustainability.
Proficiency in reliability analysis tools like FMEA, RCA, or Six
Sigma. Strong analytical skills with exposure to statistical
analysis software. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and
equipment. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage projects and effectively communicate technical
concepts. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k

Recommended. Lean Six Sigma Certification.
