In our state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled facility, you’ll
prepare CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss-style machines to produce
high-quality parts that meet tight tolerances. Your Role Own the
setup process for CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss equipment. Verify
and align tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job. Complete
first-piece inspections; apply offsets and fine-tune as necessary.
Continuously monitor machines to ensure quality and accuracy
throughout the run. Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean workspace.
What You’ll Need to Succeed Proven CNC setup experience (mills,
lathes, or Swiss-style). Blueprint reading skills and proficiency
with precision measuring tools. Comfort with offsets and resolving
minor production issues. Meticulous attention to detail and a
quality-first mindset. Compensation & Schedule Up to $30/hour,
commensurate with experience. Flexible shift availability: 1st,
2nd, and 3rd. Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
