Job Title: Assembler Type of Role: Temp to Hire Work Schedule : 1st Shift & 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm Monday–Friday | 3:30pm–12:00am OT schedule may changed based on production needs Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Salary Range: $17.00/Hour Job Purpose We are looking for an Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic circuit boards per specifications while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Nature of Duties Perform a wide variety of electronic or electromechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Install components, perform wiring, and cable harnessing as per assembly unit requirements. Set up and adjust components to meet blueprint specifications and hold tight tolerances. Inspect products using established quality criteria to ensure quality is maintained. Follow detailed, color-coded instructions for intricate installation, hand soldering, wiring, harnessing, and hardware assembly on circuit boards and other electronic assemblies. Education & Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are necessary. Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. Overtime may be required as needed. Electrical experience Additional Information: This is an ITAR facility; applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
