MAINTENANCE MANAGER ELMHURST, IL $90-120K PLUS 10% BONUS Our food manufacturing client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to add to their team. This Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance function over all 3 shifts with 10 direct reports. This role will work on developing a Total Production Maintenance (TPM) system and preventative plan while coordinating all maintenance activities with procurement, production, engineering and quality control departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee the maintenance function all shifts and supervising at least 10 direct reports. * Coach, mentor and develop the maintenance employees. * Develop a Total Production Maintenance (TPM) system and preventative plant. * Collaborate with other plant teams, coordinate maintenance activities with procurement, production, engineering and quality control departments to achieve minimal downtime/failures. * Ensure the maintenance employees uphold all quality and food safety procedures and policies. * Ensuring machines have effective preventative maintenance, installing and support SAP. * JOB QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelors degree is required. * 3+ years maintenance management experience is required in a manufacturing environment with Food Manufacturing experience highly preferred. * Proven experience in project management execution, budget planning and managing as well as experience with TPM and/or Lean initiatives. * Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. * Experience implementing predictive/preventive maintenance programs is highly desired.
