Providing early access (before pay-day) to a portion of your earned wages.DescriptionThe primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall Life Enrichment Program in the health and wellness center in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures. The Life Enrichment Manager will assure an on-going program of individualized activities is designed to meet the individual quality of life needs of the resident. Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the life enrichment programs of this facility creating and maintaining a living and working environment consistent with the values and mission of Providence Life Services. Manage life enrichment staff and maintain a lively volunteer program within the facility. Utilize creative thinking to organize, develop and run original activities in our Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing neighborhoods. Keep abreast of current federal and state regulations, as well as professional standards, and make recommendations on changes in policies and procedures to the Administrator. Provide consultation to members of our staff, community agencies, etc., in efforts to solve the needs and problems of the resident through the development of activity programs. Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the Administrator concerning the operation of the life enrichment programming. Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies. Ensure that all charted life enrichment progress notes are informative and descriptive of the service provide and of the residents response to the service. Meet with administration, medical and nursing staff, as well as other leadership team members in planning life enrichment programs. Meet regularly with self-directed work teams (care partners) to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and activities.Requirements: An applicant who is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) Management Experience required. Effective communication and computer skills a must. Must have, a minimum of two years experience in a social or recreation program within the last five years, one of which was full-time in a patient activities program in a health care setting.#LOW1by Jobble
