As a Senior Group Product Manager, you'll shape Uline's digital strategy, inspire a growing team, and create a legendary online experience for our customers.Note: This position is on-site. • Drive the vision, strategy, and operations for multiple web property groups.
• Guide and mentor a team of eCommerce Managers and Specialists to achieve departmental goals.
• Utilize advanced analytics and critical thinking to solve problems and confidently present data-backed insights.
• Conduct research to uncover trends and customer pain points to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions.
• Build strong cross-organizational relationships to ensure quality execution and continuous improvement.Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years in eCommerce, business analysis, or product management; B2B experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.Benefits
