You'll be Doing
- Customer-facing leadership role that supports cross-portfolio
sales opportunities/develops competitive service offerings for
Baxter's key US accounts; key member Services' UCAN leadership
team
- Global Services partner to UCAN National Account Management and
leadership teams
- Partner with national Account Management teams- service
expert/specialist for customer-facing meetings with key
accounts
- Full downstream opportunities: Pricing strategy, Commercial
offerings, marketing collateral for value propositioning, etc.
- Leverage customer/market data, to identify/design/align
opportunities for cross-portfolio service programs to meet needs of
key accounts
- Partner with downstream marketing/customer operations teams to
operationalize service programs, respond to RFPs, develop, and
deliver customer-facing presentations, and support the service
sales business needs of the US region
- Grow service revenue by pairing the appropriate service
solution to meet customer needs
- Identify additional business opportunities and needs with
existing or new accounts
- As Services' needs grow, potential to own sales and downstream
marketing for Global Services in the USWhat you'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience/results:
- Strategic selling, planning, and implementation of sales
management processes for US customers
- Engagement with large US National Accounts
- Corporate relationship building in a matrix environment and
stakeholder management
- Problem solving supported by data-driven analysis
- Developing/implementing new commercial approaches
- Pivoting strategy/direction based on business needs and/or
market conditions
- Building client relations; anticipating/responding to
customers' needs
- Proactive information sharing within/across the organization;
tailoring messaging to the audience
- Mentor, coach, counsel, and provide feedback to direct and
matrix/cross-functional teams
- Change management experience - understanding needs, preparing &
planning, assessing risk, communicating, implementing, and
evaluating
- Ability to travel up to 20%Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors' Degree required; MBA preferred
- 7+ years in Services' sales, marketing, or customer
relationship management
- 2+ years in a leadership role; progressive growth in scope or
leadership
- Extensive experience with client relations; ability to
anticipate and respond to customers' needs appropriately
- Expertise in utilizing a CRM platform for both campaigning and
general account managementPreferred/Not Required
- Project/process management
- Services and/or Sales experience within an electro-mechanical
