GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for leading unit activities and personnel on assigned shift in order to ensure high quality patient care, teamwork, and coordination of care. - Determines work priorities and prepares daily work assignments. - Serves as resource person for unit personnel in resolving operation and patient care problems, acts as physician liaison, and role model for staff. - Maintains a collaborative relationship with ED leadership, Physician group as well as PCS team members, to ensure coordinated care occurs as planned.
Hours: 6pm to 6am

• Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing
  
• Previous Team Lead/Charge experience
