Progressive Critical Care Unit Transition Program Job Summary: The staff nurse has the primary responsibility and accountability for the total nursing care of the patients as identified by the Standards of Nursing Practice and the Illinois State Nurse Practice Act. The Progressive Critical Care RN Transition Program is designed for RNs with current BLS certification and a minimum of 1-year inpatient nursing experience who are interested in the progressive critical care department at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Start date: May 1, 2023 Location: Elmhurst Hospital,#155 E. Brush Hill Road,#Elmhurst, Illinois Hours: Full Time#Nights#Work 72 hours in a 2 week pay period.## 7:00pm-7:00am##Rotate every 3rd weekend and#Holiday rotations.# Orientation:#Between 8-12 weeks, dependent on level of previous experience. # Day Shift: All orientation is completed on day shift. Additional classroom instruction/online module completion at the discretion of the PCCU Educator. Night Shift: First 3-4 weeks orient on day shift, then transition to night shift. Progressive Critical Care Unit Transition Program

Location: Elmhurst Hospital, 155 E. Brush Hill Road, Elmhurst, Illinois

Hours: Full Time Nights Work 72 hours in a 2 week pay period. 7:00pm-7:00am Rotate every 3rd weekend and Holiday rotations.

Orientation: Between 8-12 weeks, dependent on level of previous experience.

Day Shift: All orientation is completed on day shift. Additional classroom instruction/online module completion at the discretion of the PCCU Educator.

Night Shift: First 3-4 weeks orient on day shift, then transition to night shift. Additional classroom instruction/online module completion at the discretion of the PCCU Educator.
