Lead RN/Triage Office NurseLEAD TRIAGE/OFFICE NURSE Edward-Elmhurst Medical Group - PEDIATRICS Full-time DAYs/PMs Location:##Center for Health, Elmhurst Office hours:# Monday-Friday, based on office needs.###This very busy Pediatric practice has 4 locations with 12 providers and growing. Collaborates with Clinical Supervisor and Practice Manager to deliver quality care for assigned clinical area during all days and hours of operation. Provides supervision of staff in absence of the Clinical Supervisor.# Collaborates with Clinical Supervisor/Practice Manager to determine work priorities, prepare daily work assignments, and monitors compliance for regulatory requirements. Serves as a resource person for clinical staff in resolving operation and patient care problems, acts as physician liaison and role model for staff.# Functions within scope of responsibility of licensure. QUALIFICATIONS## RN degree required - Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.# Current Illinois RN required.# 2 years of strong clinical RN experience preferred, and at least one year of work experience in a Physician#s Office, highly preferred. Prior work experience in a Pediatrics physician practice highly preferred. Communicate clearly in English - written/oral Annual CPR certification (ARC or AHA) Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs. Flexible to scheduling changes including overtime, evening and Saturday rotation, and able to travel to various clinic locations with physician.
