• Physician Led Primary Care Group
• Great locations adding due to growth - Naperville, Elmhurst Area (s)--
• Outpatient Only
• Join a collegial group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Pratcitioners--
• Full Time, primarily outpatient (36 Patient care Hours & 4 Admin Hours)
• Call, split evenly, example 1:5
• See 20-25 patients a day in office
• EMR: EPIC
