LPN's FULL & PART-TIME ELMHURST PHYSICIAN PRACTICE DIVISION We are hiring LPN's due to our expanding Physician practices! We are growing and adding providers to several of our practices located in Elmhurst, Lombard, Oak Park, Westchester, Addison, Hinsdale. We look forward to reviewing your application! We have practices in the following areas: Family & Internal Medicine Audiology/ENT Cardiology Dermatology Endocrinology Gastroenterology General Surgery Nephrology OB/Gyne Ophthalmology Orthopedics Pediatrics Podiatry Pulmonary Reconstructive Surgery Rheumatology Urology Float Pool Responsible for assisting physician in conducting patient examinations and providing routine treatments. Obtains specimens for testing, conducts select routine laboratory tests, and records results. Performs routine patient procedures such as obtaining throat cultures, preparing for and/or providing vaccines, injections, etc. Contacts appropriate personnel to order routine supplies, obtain patient medical records and order tests. Performs related clerical duties such as completing charge slips, compiling patient chart information, etc. Education, Experience and/or Skills Required: + Current State of Illinois LPN Licensure and C urrent CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association required + Excellent organizational and priority setting skills, and a bility to adjust to extreme changes in pace and patient load + Previous clinical/ambulatory experience is preferred, but not required + A valid driver's license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off-site location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested.
