RN or Special Procedure Tech Advance Specialty LeaderGeneral Summary: RN: Responsible for directing multiple specialty activities and personnel on assigned shift in order to ensure high quality patient care, teamwork, and coordinator of care.# Determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments, approves overtime, and monitors compliance for regulatory requirements.# Serves as resource person for unit personnel in resolving operation and patient care problems, acts as physician liaison, and role model for staff. Location: Elmhurst campus Hours: Full time, days. Required: Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing within one year (currently enrolled and passing a program) Current Illinois State RN licensure Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross OR American Registry of Radiological Technology Radiology certification (AART) # with Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license American Registry of Radiological Technology Radiology certification (AART) # with Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license Minimum two years interventional procedural experience Current CPR certification issued by American Heart Association Attain an ACLS certification within six months of position start date

Determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments and monitors compliance for regulatory requirements. Serves as resource person for unit personnel in resolving operation and patient care problems, acts as physician liaison, and role model for staff.

Location: Elmhurst campus

Hours: Full time, days.

Required:

* Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing within one year (currently enrolled and passing a program)
* Current Illinois State RN licensure
* Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

OR

* American Registry of Radiological Technology Radiology certification (AART) with Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license
* American Registry of Radiological Technology Radiology certification (AART) with Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license
* Minimum two years interventional procedural experience
* Current CPR certification issued by American Heart Association
