Job Description Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN
Hospice for a travel nursing job in Rockford, Illinois. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Hospice - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: 07/21/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week -
Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel General job duties.
Types of procedures required. Home Visits. Symptom management. Work
independently but a part of an interdisciplinary team. Equipment
utilized in the unit/dept. EMR, typical patient care equipment
Required skills and minimum years of experience. Home Health or
Hospice experience Specific licensures and
certifications/registrations required. RN License BLS Shift or
schedule requirements. 8-430. Call during week nights 1- 2 nights
(from 4:30 pm to 8am next day) Only for visits. Phone calls managed
by triage. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only). 4-5
visits per day. Dress Code: Scrubs, lab coat. Tell us about the
unit/department specific training and orientation program. Rapid
orientation: completed by staff development, includes EMR and
