Job Description:

work. Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Experience: • 12 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 60 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the past
12 months. • 6 months of travel experience is required from any
number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois
license (required for submission). Pre-employment modules may be
required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health

process. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: •
Multi-Specialty Lab • High experience in EP\Cath\IR • Will Have
Conscious Sedation Preferred Skills/Experience: CCU/ER Background
Special Requests: Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3
weeks of offer. Shift & Scheduling: • With rotating day off. •
Weekend Rotation: Rotating on call (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) •
On-Call Requirements: 8-10 days per month; including one weekend;
Call back time 30 minutes. • Holidays Requirements: As Needed 7
days maximum time off 1 reference from last 12 months
(Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission Proof
of identification required Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life
Support) • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Skills
