Job Description:
Job Description Join a thriving Urology practice in the heart of
scenic Illinois. This well-established community hospital is
seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant
(PA) to support its Urology department. Work alongside experienced
physicians and APPs in a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere
with access to both clinical and hospital settings. Hospital

Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. 403B.
Schedule: 4.5 days per week with 10 days of call per month.
Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 - $180,000, plus
production-based bonus potential. Focus: Urology - Clinic and
Hospital-based work. Proximity to Chicago (2 hours west) and the
Mississippi River (1 hour east), residents enjoy a blend of
