Clinical Shift Schedule: Day and Night shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM;

Geriatrics • Patient Volume/Census: ADC 15–18 (Waukesha ICU), ADC

INFORMATION • No. of Beds in Department: 300 beds (24 ICU beds) –
Waukesha; 156 beds (11 ICU beds) – Oconomowoc • EMR System: Epic •
Office Equipment Available: ICU monitoring and critical care
equipment • Specialty Backup Available: CT Surgery, Interventional
Radiology, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Nephrology • Support Staff
Available: MD and APP care team (1 MD 1 APP day; 1 APP night with
MD on-call) • Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage PRIVILEGES
& COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes (cross

shifts DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide critical care services
in ICU setting • Manage complex patient cases and coordinate care
with multidisciplinary team • Perform daily rounding and patient
assessments • Provide telemedicine support as needed across
facilities • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to
clinical protocols
