$120.75 This facility is seeking a Neurology Nurse Practitioner(NP)
for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Monday -
Friday 7:00am-7:00pm · Practice Setting: Inpatient · Types of
Cases: General Neurology cases · Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days ·
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic · Certifications required:
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) ·
License: Active Illinois state medical license, Board Certified,
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Controlled Substance
Registration (CSR). Facility Location Known as The Forest City,
