Job Description:
Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for walking all
customer service issues through to fulfillment. Coordinate service
issues for the sales team and act as a conduit between sales,
logistics and the customer ensuring that everyone has up to the
minute information on the issue and it's expected resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS: --- Good communication skills, both in person and
over the phone --- Ability to think creatively to solve problems
--- Manages time appropriately and can hit deadlines consistently
--- Attention to detail --- Ability to be flexible and work
effectively across teams --- Competent with Google Drive and
MicroSoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) --- Previous customer facing
role (customer service rep, server, retail, etc.) is preferred
