Our company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to add to our nationwide team. New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America. As a member of our Human Resources department, you have the opportunity to support our corporate office and our new home builder partners to sell more homes more profitably. Our Corporate Support Office is located in the heart of downtown Elmhurst and is not your typical "corporate" setting.       Requirements
      • Manage job boards and advertise open positions.
      • Review all new resumes and advance or reject candidates accordingly.
      • Maintain our ATS by posting new jobs, managing the status of existing or closed jobs, and updating job descriptions as needed.
      • Schedule candidates for phone interviews, Zoom interviews, and on-site interviews on behalf of the recruiting team and hiring managers.
      • Create and maintain active communication channels with candidates and new hires.
      • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and manage their hiring processes.
      • Work collaboratively with the hiring managers and other recruiters on the team to provide a pipeline of candidates.
      • Utilize various tactics to source passive candidates for open positions such as employment databases, social media, etc.
