    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
    • Experience in a Recruiting role is preferred.
    • Extreme attention to detail and time management skills are a necessity.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects will be needed in order to be successful in this role.
    • Experience with MS Office Suites such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
    • Must be able to work 2 days in-person at our Elmhurst, IL corporate office a week.
      • Manage job boards and advertise open positions.
      • Review all new resumes and advance or reject candidates accordingly.
      • Maintain our ATS by posting new jobs, managing the status of existing or closed jobs, and updating job descriptions as needed.
      • Schedule candidates for phone interviews, Zoom interviews, and on-site interviews on behalf of the recruiting team and hiring managers.
      • Create and maintain active communication channels with candidates and new hires.
      • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and manage their hiring processes.
      • Work collaboratively with the hiring managers and other recruiters on the team to provide a pipeline of candidates.
      • Utilize various tactics to source passive candidates for open positions such as employment databases, social media, etc.
