Job Description:

We are seeking a talented professional to join us in this unique role as Information Technology Help Desk Technician. The candidate will be the primary contact for support calls and managing helpdesk tickets. The candidates will be responsible to service and maintain Windows desktops/laptops, printers, access to resources, VOiP phones, setting up new users and their stations and other aspects of general IT maintenance. The candidate also needs to have experience and knowledge in system administrative functions like managing Active Directory, Office 365, SSL Certificates, backup management as well as knowledge in general network principals such as subnets, VLAN's, firewalls, etc. The candidate will be also responsible for maintaining IT inventory, assets and keeping server rooms and IT storage clean and organized. The candidate must be ready to receive the rare but possible off-hour support call from several critical users at industry related events. Last the candidate will provide support to the Systems Engineer for larger projects and be open to the occasional longer day during system deployments and maintenance.
