Job Description: Position Details: Starting pay at $20.50 per
hour $35.00 per hour, based on performance Night Shift Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday; 7:00 PM Start Time, until finished. Warehouse

associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work
actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow
of products through our distribution process, while ensuring
quality standards. As a Selector, Non-Formula, you will select and
move product between the loading dock and the warehouse and within
the warehouse. You may also utilize company provided equipment such
as pallet jacks, forklifts, tuggers, carts, etc. The Selector,
Non-Formula selects cases and other containers of food and
non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack
warehouse storage systems. Items are placed on pallets and
completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an
electric pallet jack / forklift, wrapped, labeled, and readied for
shipment in a timely manner. Position Responsibilities may include,
but not limited to: Reviews work schedule, obtains supplies
required to perform the work and prepare for operations. Performs
safety check on pallet jack / forklift to be used and ensure that
all other safety devices are functioning properly. Puts on all
required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear. Places
pallets on pallet jack and operates along assigned multi-level
racks and locate products according to order sheets. Manually
places the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and
racks as required. Uses single and/or double pallets as directed.
Transports completed palletized customer order to shipping dock
staging area. May be required to shrink-wrap pallet for staging.
Removes batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged
batteries, or attach re-charger and complete vehicle inspection
checklist. At the end of the shift, secures all equipment and
complete all necessary paperwork. Meets required productivity and
accuracy standards per location and company guidelines. Follows all
preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company
guidelines. Ensures work area is safe and report any unsafe
conditions and/or acts immediately. Performs other related duties
as assigned. Qualifications: • 6 months of warehouse and/or
distribution experience using a motorized pallet jack •Ability to
work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime •
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the
shift • Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull product weighing 10–35
lbs. regularly and up to approximately 60–100 lbs. (location
dependent) • Ability to work in multi-temperature environments
(dry, cooler, freezer) • Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and
criminal background check • Ability to become EPJ certified within
the new-hire training period • Ability to complete required
