Key Responsibilities: Finish and inspect parts according to work instructions. Operate multiple lathe machines while maintaining consistent quality. Use the Plex system to verify production and procedural accuracy. Perform grinding and buffing to remove chips or burrs. Conduct periodic quality checks using measuring tools and gauges. Maintain cleanliness of machines, work area, and equipment. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Blueprint reading experience. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Willingness to undergo cross-training.
