Benefits:* Locally Owned and Operated* Free Education Courses* Flexible Assignment to fit your Needs* Competitive Salary and Benefits* Sign-on Bonus* Client Referral Bonus* Employee Referral BonusJob Responsibilities: * Implement patient care plan in cooperation with other agency professionals.* Organize and participate in the provision of direct patient care, perform treatments, administer medications, and educate patients and family/caregivers.* Modify plan of treatment in response to changing patient status or physician orders to achieve established or revised patient care goals.* Observes signs and symptoms and report to the physician, reactions to treatments including drugs and changes in the patient's physical and emotional condition.* Teach, supervise, and counsel the patient and family members regarding the nursing care needs and initiates nursing procedures as appropriate for the patient's care and safety.Job Requirements:* Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Illinois (in good standing)* Minimum of 1 year recent experience in specialty home infusion nursing* Experience in Peripheral IV starts/maintenance & IV Infusion* Therapy Injection and self-infusion training Phlebotomy for adult patients, CVAD experience & knowledge, CRNI Advanced Nursing Certifications preferred.* Demonstrated competency in patient care standards required for safe delivery of services and infusion skill sets applicable to agency programs and service needs. Advanced certification and training as applicable.* Current CPR card- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers* Current TB screen and statement of good health.* Meets the requirements of federal and or state criminal and abuse background check and drug screening.* Must have reliable transportation.Company OverviewInterim HealthCare is America's leading provider of home care, hospice and healthcare staffing.
