Job Description JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for Sales Coordination for the assigned railroad/shipper market for Unity/IRECO. This position will be responsible for inside sales and service activities surrounding the quotation, sale, shipment and invoicing of all products (including, but not limited to, car components, load securement, product protection) for Unity/IRECO.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The following duties cover the main elements of the position:
Prepare price quotations and respond to customer pricing inquiries with pricing approved by Management
Prepare estimates, proposals, and update customer resource management databases
Entry of orders for Unity/IRECO products into the established ERP system
Respond to customers requests for information regarding pricing, orders, deliveries, shipments and invoices
Develop relationships with customers
Update information in the ERP system and file documents and records
Attend industry and trade association meeting as required
Act as liaison between customers and Unity/IRECO Management, Engineering & Operations
Participate in the AR Collections process, as required
Reporting and maintaining effective communications with management on market opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Following are the major experience and work requirements of the position:
Minimum of 1 year of successful customer service or inside
sales experience (railroad industry or technical background
preferred)
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Solid computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM)
Great people skills, willingness to meet and develop new
business relationships
Pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen and possess
a current valid drivers license
Positive attitude & strong work ethic
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to conduct repetitive motions in an office environment such as
sitting, typing, computer use, etc
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and otherwise get around indoor,
outdoor, warehouse and other general work areas
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
