The Construction Superintendent will be overseeing the construction of both ground up and renovations commercial projects. They will lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site. Client DetailsOur client is a growing contractor based out of the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. Last year they brought in around $80M worth of revenue and they are currently in the best spot they have ever been. Some of the projects they do include commercial interiors, retail, industrial and restaurants. Our client is a great company with a good retention rate. • Key responsibilities for the construction Superintendent
• Plan and manage all onsite activities
• Attend pre-bid meetings & walk-through, as required
• Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site
• Enforce all OSHA safety rules
• Coordinate all required inspections (municipal, material, etc.)
• Assist PM with budget and cost trackingProfile
