Duties
The U.S. Food Safety & Quality Systems Team is part of the North America Supply Chain that connects customers with food they love and trust.
Primary Responsibilities

• 
  
• Develops and oversees US FSQS data, managing analyses and reporting for multiple databases.
  
• Converts data into scorecards to enhance FSQS performance across the 3LS.
  
• Enhances the team's data accuracy and integrity capabilities.
  
• Builds positive relationships within the team and with key collaborators across the supply chain.
  
• Provides training and mentorship on compliance databases, engaging multi-functional teams.
  
• Provides leadership and support across the 3LS.
  
  Key Needs of the Role
  
  • 
    
  • Tracks and reports FSQS performance metrics to develop strategic insights.
    
  • Collaborates on department planning and metric development.
    
  • Maintains global and US databases, focusing on continuous improvement.
    
  • Oversees McDonald's Produce Lifecycle Management tools, ensuring compliance and resolving issues.
    
  • Stays updated on technology and data systems, contributing innovative ideas.
    
    Qualifications
    
    • 
      
    • Preferred: Food Science degree with experience in Quality Systems or the food industry.
      
    • Proficient in advanced Excel functions and PowerBI dashboard creation.
      
    • Knowledge of project, program, and product lifecycle management.
      
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
      
    • Tech-savvy, eager to learn new technologies including AI.
      
    • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.

      Salary Range
      Salary Ranges: $87,050 - $108,810
