Job Description:

Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for servicing the needs of existing assigned customers and developing new prospects to increase sales and margin of the company's products. They must meet sales revenue goals by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and solutions. Works with inside sales teams to help quote products proposed for customers.
Reports To: General Manager
Primary Job Responsibilities
Answers all Customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, lead times, technical questions and general client concerns timely, accurately and completely.
Cultivates and manages profitable customer relationships.
Effectively utilizes sales reports, market studies, and other data to recognizes profitable sales opportunities to customers.
Enters orders and Quotations accurately and in a timely fashion.
Continuously maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and suppliers.
Stays updated on product knowledge and information related to and changes in Company Policies.
Strives to maximize the profitability of every transaction.
Communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and quickly corrects all service deficiencies.
Tracks project performance to ensure the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
Performs cycle counts and investigates discrepancies, as needed.
Runs job profitability reports to verify customer invoices and vendor invoices were accurately entered in proper period.
Processes credit card charges, payment discrepancies, refunds, returns, and miscellaneous charges accurately and completely.
Complies with established company work rules, policies, and procedures.
Actively engages with other team members of the company to continuously strive to improve processes, create efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
Cooperatively takes on other duties, roles, or responsibilities, as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Up to 2 Years of knowledge and experience in sales.
Specific industry knowledge, including, but not limited to, familiarity with product lines and the overall distribution process.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills.
Knowledge of CRM or Order Entry Systems such as Epicor/Eclipse preferred.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and owns a reliable vehicle.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Superior time-management and organization skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and a competitive nature.
