Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for servicing
the needs of existing assigned customers and developing new
prospects to increase sales and margin of the company's products.
They must meet sales revenue goals by assessing customer needs and
suggesting appropriate products and solutions. Works with inside
sales teams to help quote products proposed for customers.
Reports To: General Manager
Primary Job Responsibilities
Answers all Customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, lead
times, technical questions and general client concerns timely,
accurately and completely.
Cultivates and manages profitable customer relationships.
Effectively utilizes sales reports, market studies, and other data
to recognizes profitable sales opportunities to customers.
Enters orders and Quotations accurately and in a timely
Continuously maintains a high level of professionalism with clients
Stays updated on product knowledge and information related to and
changes in Company Policies.
Strives to maximize the profitability of every transaction.
Communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and quickly corrects
all service deficiencies.
Tracks project performance to ensure the successful completion of
short- and long-term goals.
Performs cycle counts and investigates discrepancies, as

vendor invoices were accurately entered in proper period.
Processes credit card charges, payment discrepancies, refunds,
returns, and miscellaneous charges accurately and completely.
