Job Description Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities: Create
and execute an annual sales and business development plan to meet
both your goals and those of DAK Solutions. Much of your plan will
focus on key accounts within the Midwest Area. Manage Grow/expand
business with both new and existing business Consult with and
understand your clients' businesses and identify supply chain
improvement opportunities within their facilities. Be creative in
providing material handling and storage solutions to support both
near term and long-term needs. Provided complete integration
solutions for automation and control needs Safety resource traffic
management fork trucks and pedestrians--- facilities. Fire safety
and product protection. Utilize CRM, web tools, to develop, manage,
and track your activities. Follow -up on all proposals, negotiate
and close Good time management and prospecting skill set Adopt an
aggressive learning approach to progressively better understand the
products and solutions we offer Qualifications Experience in
material handling equipment such as conveyors, pallet rack,
mezzanines, shelving and automated safety equipment. Quickly
understand the big picture within a plant or distribution center,
(i.e., what is going on logistically). Ability to listen well, then
ask insightful questions to capture relevant decision-making data.
Good time management and prospecting skill set Well organized and
effective when multi-tasking. AutoCAD experience is a plus.
Compensation: Salary Robust Progressive Commission Schedule
