VOLT has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Inside Sales role in Franklin, WI ! This location is the U.S. headquarters of a growing international company that designs and builds automated equipment primarily for beverage industry clients. Relocation package available to the Milwaukee/Franklin Wisconsin area. As the Director of Inside Sales, duties include: Lead multiple inside sales teams of 40 team members. Leadership of a team of Specialists who create maintenance estimates, offers, quotations, eCommerce sales platform, contracts, stock keeping packages, consumables, and call center. Foster high employee engagement and high customer satisfaction. Think and act like a customer. Optimization of existing programs, and expansion or enhancement of customer offerings Responsible for leading the Quote and Order processing of an excess of $300M Develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company goals and maximum profitability. Interact with all levels of Company management and with various departments to ensure smooth workflow, coordination, and completion of projects. Ensures that the team exceeds timeliness and quality standards for contracts, quotes generated, and orders processed. This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Sales & Marketing 5 years of experience managing a team of 40 person team (inside sales, quoting, specialty sales) 7 years of experience in related discipline and/or industry knowledge. Knowledge of manufacturing environment or product line is preferred. Software knowledge: SAP and CRM Salesforce, MS Office Suite. Market knowledge, process and structural knowledge, knowledge of business administration, and knowledge of policies, directives, guidelines, and standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills for working with several inside teams, management, and customers. Salary: $120,000 – 135,000/year yearly bonus (up to 4 months of salary) vehicle allowance (no travel involved though!) *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Since this is a Direct Hire role, benefits will be provided by the employer.
