you’ll be the heartbeat of your region. You’ll work side-by-side
with our Sales Representatives to deliver an unmatched customer

business. This position will be responsible for territories in IL
and MO. ???? Lead & Inspire – Coach, mentor, and support your sales
team, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full

sales strategies and techniques to win new business and expand our

regional trends and competitive activity, recommending strategies
that give us an edge. ???? Forecast & Execute – Leverage CRM tools,
the 5-4-3-2-1 Sales Process, and Fleet data to deliver accurate
forecasts and smart decisions. Leadership Competencies: Technical

in the face of challenges. Essential Qualifications: 3 years Sales
Management experience or 5 years Industry-related experience 2-year
degree in related field Proven ability to articulate the distinct
aspects of services and products. Knowledge of how to develop
client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
Understanding of how to position products against competitors.
Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, organizational
and attention to detail Proficient usage of MS Office Suite and the
ability to learn modern technologies quickly. Working knowledge of
CRM & CDK Desired Qualifications: Fire industry experience
Compensation: $100k base incentive for a total opportunity of
$150-175k ADA Requirements: Typically sits, grasp items and
performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer
Communicate in person, by phone, email, and videoconferencing
equipment Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about
regularly Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 40 lbs
occasionally, >20 lbs frequently Occasional exposure to typical
machine shop physical hazards Travel by air or car frequently This
