Job Description Job Description Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual (English/Polish) Licensed Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. You must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position; please only apply if you: 1. Are bilingual; fluent in both Polish and English 2. Have an active Property and Casualty insurance license 3. Are able to commute to our office location in Arlington Heights, IL (this is an inhouse position). Responsibilities include but not limited to: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day As an Agent Team Member, you will receive $22 - $23/hour plus commission and bonus (yearly income potential 60,000 to 100,000) Life insurance Health insurance through BCBS PTO/Vacation Retirement Plan Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office Requirements Must be fluent in both Polish and English Property & Casualty license (required) Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain within 90 days) Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Organizational skills Self-motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to customer service Able to learn computer functions Pride in getting work done accurately and timely Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
